Michael D. Jones, partner. Michael received a B.A. in Psychology from Villanova University and began his selling career as part owner of a commercial truck tire business in Bronx, NY, where he was in charge of commercial sales, marketing, and customer service. Michael’s niche was the problem accounts, growing sales of this segment of the company 530% in 18 months. After Michael and his family moved to Ohio, he became Assistant Vice President of National City Bank. Michael was responsible for managing a branch that increased its net profits to over 16% in just two years. His passion for sales and dedication to the profession of Professional Selling has led him to his current position.
Holly Rhoads, partner. Holly joined The Ruby Group after a 16-year career in banking and business development. In her last role as District Sales Executive, she was responsible for the sales performance and profitability of the Akron market. In less than 17 months, she more than doubled deposits and loans by utilizing her skills in the area of sales calling, client management, and coaching. Her passion is in helping others develop personally and professionally. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from Kent State University and her Masters Degree in Business Management from Baldwin-Wallace College.
